This Privacy Policy applies in relevant countries throughout our international network including United States (California residents may refer to the end of the document) and the European Economic Area or EEA.

How We Collect Your Data . We collect your personal data either:

  • From You.

  • From third parties.

  • Other limited sources (e.g. online and offline media).

  • WEBSITE USERS AND RECIPIENTS OF EMAILS: We collect your data automatically via cookies when you visit our website, in line with cookie settings in your browser. We will also collect data from you when you contact us via the website. In addition, to the extent that you read or click on an email from us, we will also collect certain data automatically or through you providing it to us.


Why We Collect Information. As we are in the recruitment business, we introduce candidates to clients for employment. The main reason for collecting, using or retaining your personal details is to help you find employment or other work roles that might be suitable for you. The exchange of personal data of our candidates or prospective candidate data, and our client contacts is a fundamental, essential part of this process. In order to support our candidates career aspirations and our clients resourcing needs we require a database of candidate and client personal data containing historical information as well as current resourcing requirements. To maintain, expand and develop our business we need to record the personal data of prospective candidates and client contacts.


WEBSITE USERS: We use your data to help us to improve your experience of using our website, for example by analysing your recent job search criteria to help us to present jobs to you that we think you'll be interested in.


How We May Share Your Data. We will share your personal data with various parties, in various ways and for various reasons. Primarily we will share your information with prospective employers to increase your chances of securing the job you want. We will also share your information with any of our group companies and associated third parties and selected job aggregators where we feel this will help us to provide you with the best possible service and maximise your chances of getting what you want.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data. Your Personal Data will be processed as long as it is necessary for the purpose of processing Your application and carrying out the recruitment activities relating to it and as long as there is a legitimate need for Tara Recruiting to keep the data. The applicable law sets certain limitation periods for recruiting-related claims. In addition, the applicable law may set specific time limits for keeping the data. Tara Recruiting will keep and process the relevant Personal Data until the statutory limitation periods have lapsed or until there is a legal obligation to keep the Personal Data, whichever is longer.


The Exercise of Your Rights. You have the right to access Your Personal Data processed under this Privacy Policy. You have the right to request correction and removal of Your Personal Data. In case You want to exercise these rights, please contact the contact person nominated above in this Privacy Policy. In addition, You have the right to request restriction of processing of Your Personal Data and to object the processing on grounds provided by the applicable legislation. You also have the right to receive the Personal Data You have provided to Tara Recruiting and transmit it to another controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in case You think that Your rights have been violated. You may choose to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU Member State of Your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.

Transfer of Personal Data. Your Personal Data will be transferred to countries outside European Union/EEA (including United States). Tara Recruiting may use service providers that are located outside European Union/EEA and provide services relating to recruitment activities to Tara Recruiting. Also, some of the Tara Recruiting affiliates are located outside European Union/EEA, and the employees of such affiliates may process Your Personal Data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. This means that Your Personal Data may be transferred to other Tara Recruiting legal entities and to other countries than the one where You are applying to as an applicant.

When transferring Your Personal Data outside European Union/EEA, we will ensure that the transfer is legal and safe by concluding an agreement based on EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or taking other measures permissible under applicable legislation. Data Security. We are committed to keeping Your Personal Data safe. Tara Recruiting will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to ensure sufficient data security.
